By using DoppAPI or submitting any payment, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
DoppAPI is an independent reseller of AI API credits. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially partnered with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek, Zhipu (GLM), Alibaba (Qwen), Kuaishou (Kling), PixVerse, Luma, or any AI model or API provider (collectively, "Providers"). Provider names, model names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used here only to describe API compatibility. Nothing on this site should be read as approval, endorsement, or co-marketing by any Provider.
We deliver access to AI model APIs through our own infrastructure. You receive an API key and a base URL that you use like any OpenAI-compatible API. We do NOT host, run, train, fine-tune, weight, or control the underlying models. We are not the source of the API; we are a reseller of prepaid access to a third-party relay that aggregates model access. Model outputs are generated by the underlying Providers and are passed through to you without modification.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally able to enter a binding contract. You must not be a resident of, or using the service from, any country, territory, or jurisdiction that is embargoed or subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or your local competent authority. You must not be a person (natural or legal) that is sanctioned, designated, or restricted by any of the above. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service is lawful where you live.
We do NOT collect government IDs, proof of address, selfies, or any other customer identity documents. We do not run sanctions screening. You agree that this means we cannot and do not guarantee the identity, jurisdiction, or fitness of other users. Crypto payments are final and irreversible (see §7); we will not reverse, clawback, or trace transactions on your behalf. You are solely responsible for tax reporting on your purchases in your jurisdiction.
The service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, uptime, or that any specific model is or will be served by an "official" provider account. The underlying relay may change, throttle, substitute, deprecate, rate-limit, or discontinue any model at any time without notice. We may do the same.
Model outputs are machine-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsafe. DoppAPI and the underlying Providers do not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, or other professional advice through this service. Nothing generated via the service is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.
Payments are made exclusively in cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH, SOL) sent to the wallet address displayed at checkout. Crypto payments are final and non-reversible. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, credits, chargebacks, or reversals except at our sole discretion. Promotional credit ("2× API", "bonus", etc.) is benchmarked against publicly published list prices of the relevant Provider at the time of purchase; actual deliverable depends on the relay's then-current pricing and the models you call, and may differ. We fund your key with credit sufficient to consume approximately the advertised official-value amount under typical usage; we do not guarantee a precise token count, dollar amount, or call quota. Unused balance on a key is not convertible to cash, crypto, or any other form and expires when the service ends or the key is revoked, whichever comes first.
You agree not to use the service to: (a) break any law, regulation, or third-party right; (b) generate illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, infringing, obscene, harassing, or deceptive content; (c) attempt to circumvent usage limits, scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the relay, our infrastructure, or other users; (d) resell, sublicense, or redistribute the API key to a third party in a way that competes with DoppAPI or any Provider; (e) violate any Provider's or the relay's acceptable-use policy. We may suspend or revoke any key for any actual or suspected violation, with or without notice, and with no obligation to refund. We may report suspected illegal activity to law enforcement.
We may suspend or terminate any key, account, or the entire service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will endeavour to honour the remaining balance on existing keys for a reasonable wind-down period but are not obligated to do so and will not issue refunds. We have no obligation to maintain the service, any specific model, or any specific price.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DoppAPI, its operator(s), and its affiliates are NOT liable for: (a) any outage, data loss, rate-limit, throttle, substitution, deprecation, or discontinuation caused by the upstream relay or any Provider; (b) any data you transmit to or receive from the relay; (c) the content, accuracy, safety, legality, or fitness of any model output; (d) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity; (e) any aggregate liability exceeding the amount you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
To deliver your order, we store, for the life of your key plus a reasonable audit window (currently 90 days): your order ID, the crypto transaction hash and address you paid, the model and tier you bought, the API key we minted for you, and the contact handle you provided (email or @telegram). We also store your IP address and request timestamp for each order and balance-check request, for abuse prevention only. We do not sell, rent, share, or trade your data with any third party, and we do not run third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site. We have no employees, no marketing team, and no obligation to respond to data-access requests beyond what applicable law requires.
Our only support channel is the contact handle you provide on the order form (an email address or a @telegram handle). We may use it to reach you if your order fails, your key is at risk, or we need to notify you of a material change. We will never ask for your API key, password, or seed phrase. We do not operate a public support email, support phone line, live chat, or social-media support account. Anyone claiming to be DoppAPI support through any other channel is impersonating us.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute between you and DoppAPI will be resolved on an individual basis, not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action, and without a jury.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of DoppAPI, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved by direct contact (§12), the exclusive venue for any proceeding is the operator's home jurisdiction. In any dispute, DoppAPI's sole obligation is, at its option, to credit remaining balance or discontinue service; we will not litigate the underlying claim.
We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service; we will honour the remaining balance on any key you hold, less any fees already incurred, for a reasonable wind-down period.
These terms (and any document linked from them) are the entire agreement between you and DoppAPI regarding the service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right.
